LIFETIME WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE

 

We guarantee every product made by Black Mountain All-Terrain. We believe in our products and our employees. We stand by the quality and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The product lifetime specifically refers to the time at which, through normal use, the product can no longer function in its intended purpose. NOTE: ANY alterations or cuts made in the fabric in an attempt to make the product fit the seat will void the warranty and the customer will be charged for necessary repairs.

 

OUR GUARANTEE COVERS

• Defect of material discovered within one (1) year of purchase

• Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship for the life of the product

 

SITUATIONS NOT COVERED

• Color fading / discoloration of the fabric

• Animal damage 

• Chemical damage

• Damage caused by mishandling via airline or shipping companies 

• Extreme wear 

• Third-party alterations and customer alterations 

• Use other than its intended purpose

• Disregard for the product care instructions
